Camera Ready Boudoir Make Up

All of my sessions come with full hair & make up - there are so many reasons to this but the biggest is that it will give you a chance to breath before you come in for your photos. This hour sitting in the hair & make up artist’s chair will give you a chance to turn off your brain of all the things you have done that day and still have to do and relax you before coming in for your big moment in front of the camera. A lot of the ladies from Andrea Bounds Beauty have had sessions themselves and can answer questions or help calm nerves.

There is a big difference between professional make up and camera ready make up. If you have never heard of flash back this is the time to look that up. I use a lot of natural and camera lighting in the studio and I have curated a style that wears great but also photographs like a dream. Some make up products react under studio lighting and going through my make up artist will keep that from happening.

For ladies who are a make up artist themselves or have someone else they really want to do their make up I do offer alternatives and give make up tips and advice to take to their artist. There will be additional retouching fees incurred for retouching flash back and other make up issues from images where another artist was used than one booked through me with your session.

In the State of MD a special license is needed to apply heat to hair - this includes curling, straightening, making those fun beach waves and I have selected a hair & make up artist team that meets MD criteria for professional hair & make up artists.
